Theme XP

I am definitely a *nix fan (Linux, OSX). I have always loved the window managers that are available for linux. However, due to job requirements, I generally have to keep a copy of windows on my laptop. I tried windowblinds a while back. While it gave me great flexibility, it was never quite seamless and worked horribly with java apps. So, recently I ran across Theme XP. It ROCKS! There are some very kewl skins available and it utilizes the native windows theme-ing that M$ built, but never released. It can even skin the welcome screen. Give it a shot.
