Global Warming a Scam?

Apparently there has been a computer security break in to the IPCC. In this case, a series of emails were found and posted that appear to confirm suspicions that the Global warming data has been intentionally tampered to make the data look as if global warming is a problem.

One of the emails says: “I’ve just completed Mike’s Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie from 1981 onwards) and from 1961 for Keith’s to hide the decline.”

The assertion is that the intention is to use it to support massive policy changes that would not be possible otherwise. Read the following link for details:

I have not spent much time validating the source. However, there is enough smoke that I think that we should require more investigation, solid data sources, and reliable information before we enter into any treaty. At this point, I’m not sure why there are not more questions.
